The proximity to the arcades was great, the staff were friendly, and our caravan was equipped with a fireplace, central heating, and an iron.

We would stay here again, everything was very good. This hotel is a superb base for a trip in Tattershall. Its location to the arcades is nice. The bets part that it's not far from the amazing lake all around brilliant trip, the restaurant and all the other attractions at the park. The staff are amicable and deserve a 4-star rating👌

Our room had a separate bedroom, and it was great to have shower facilities and a hair dryer provided - they really listened to our requests!

The location of the caravan site was great. It was really close to family-friendly activities and had plenty of things to do for children. the caravan itself was modern and stylish with a spacious interior. One of the best aspects was the hot tub, it was large and perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the caravan upon arrival was less than desirable. Lastly, the pictures advertised did not match the caravan we were allocated, which was disappointing.

The hotel offers a range of excellent services, including a grocery shopping service and room amenities such as ironing facilities. We were impressed by the spaciousness of the property, with two toilets and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful patio where we could enjoy our meals and a dining table for added convenience. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The noise from the nearby RAF base, with frequent practicing of fighter jets, was quite disruptive. It was a challenge to find availability for dining at the pubs, and the staff seemed unsure about the takeaway options.
